1. Hình thức thanh toán
Thanh toán qua chuyển khoản ngân hàng bằng mã VietQR. Hệ thống tự động đối soát qua SePay và cộng credits ngay khi nhận được tiền.
2. Nội dung chuyển khoản
Bắt buộc ghi đúng mã đơn (dạng VVxxxxxx) trong nội dung chuyển khoản. Giao dịch thiếu/sai nội dung sẽ chuyển sang trạng thái "chờ duyệt" và được admin xử lý thủ công.
3. Credits (credit)
- 1 credits = 1 credits văn bản đã tạo giọng đọc thành công.
- Job tạo lỗi được hoàn 100% credits tự động.
- Credits không có thời hạn sử dụng.
4. Hoàn tiền
- Credits đã nạp không quy đổi thành tiền mặt.
- Trường hợp hệ thống lỗi khiến bạn bị trừ credits oan, liên hệ hỗ trợ để được hoàn credits.
- Đơn chuyển thiếu tiền: phần chênh lệch được bảo lưu, admin duyệt cộng credits tương ứng sau khi xác minh.
5. Hóa đơn
Liên hệ 0337674051 nếu cần xuất hóa đơn/hóa đơn điện tử cho khoản nạp.

1. Payment method
Pay via bank transfer with VietQR code. Our system auto-reconciles via SePay and credits your account instantly upon receipt.
2. Transfer content
You must include the exact order code (VVxxxxxx) in the transfer description. Transactions with missing/wrong content go to "under review" and are handled manually by admin.
3. Credits (characters)
- 1 character = 1 character of successfully generated speech.
- Failed jobs are refunded 100% automatically.
- Credits never expire.
4. Refunds
- Topped-up credits are non-convertible to cash.
- If a system error wrongly deducts credits, contact support for a credit refund.
- Underpaid orders: the difference is held and corresponding credits are added after manual verification.
